- If coming from the M55 continue all the way along crossing the roundabout at the end onto Yeadon Way
- Once on Yeadon Way continue along taking a right at the second roundabout
- Take a left at the following roundabout and take a left at the lights
- You will turn onto Waterloo Road, cross the bridge and turn right at the Roundabout onto Lytham Road.
- Continue along Lytham Road until you reach a Zebra Crossing just before a bridge
- Go past the crossing and bear right just before the bridge
- Take the first right onto Withnell Road
