it was our 1st time stayin at the berkswell holiday flats and it was absoloutly fantastic. the flats are of a high standard and the owners sheila and jim are very friendly and welcoming. we stayed in flat 1,a family flat and it was immaculate and in a prime location rite next to south pier,sandcastle and pleasure beach. we couldnt of asked for a better holiday or better accomodation. we have booked again to go next year,we cant wait. many thanks to sheila and jim for your hospitality and we ll see you soon xx
We stayed for a full 10 days in Blackpool at the Berkswell, and it was our best accommodation experience we have had in Blackpool. The accommodation was modern, fitted out with all the necessities, and conveniently located to transport. Plus, Jim and Sheila are super-helpful and really makes you feel at home. The Wi-Fi and well-thought out space really makes it an ideal space for the contemporary customer. Much better than staying in any B&B or normal hotel!!
my wife,6 year old grandaughter and myself have just had a mid week stay at sheila and jim's and we could not fault it. the flat was spotless and sheila and jim could not do enough for us. we will be going back there very soon, if you want a nice and clean place to stay the berkswell flats is the place. bill and val
Have stayed in these apartments for the last four years and would not go anywhere else. Jim and Sheila are very friendly and the apartments are firstclass, would defintely recommend the apartments to anyone.
I needed a six week stay for my family. I spent a great deal of time (over a whole day on line) researching and eventually chose to stay with Sheila and Jim.
Our stay was fantastic, the apartment was well furnished,warm and comfortable and exceptionally clean.
If you are reading this STOP searching, waste no more time! Book it! You will love it!
we found these apartments by chance one year when searching on the internet and we have stayed ever since. sheila and jim are lovely people and make you feel very welcome and will always have a chat with you. the apartment is lovely, a real home from home feel and is just what my family and i need. we are staying again in 2010. it is close to all the amenities, fantastic.

I highly recommend this establishment. My husband and I have visited numerous weekends since we discovered the flats a few years ago. Sheila and Jim are very welcoming and friendly and do everything they can to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The flats are spotlessly clean and in an excellent location, both for Blackpool and the surrounding attractions.
