Berkswell Flats

just got back from a 3 night stay at Berkswell hoilday flats what can i say jim and sheila wow you two are stars you should be more then 4 stars,the rooms are very clean and modern, everything was in the rooms what we wanted, we are defo going to return, keep up the good work you 2 should be proud what you have.

Yet again another excellent stay at the Berkswell apartments, Sheila and Jim as always had a big welcome waiting for us on our arrival.
Standards were excellent as usual, spotlessly clean, very well eqipped, free wifi along with free secure off street parking.
As said before a real home from home, we cant find fault and thats why we returne each year.
Massive thanks to Sheila and Jim for a great stay, hope to see you again soon.

just got back from a weekend at the apartments.they were well furnished ,the bed was really comfortable , and the location is great .really friendly and we both came home totally relaxed .will definitley be back.

we've just had another stay at the berkswell apartments and just as before we found them great. sheila and jim are really friendly and nothings to much trouble for them,the apartments are in a good location, near the pleasure beach and south pier and just a tram ride to the tower. a really nice and clean place to stay, we can't wait for our next visit. bill,val and abi.

What lovely people Sheila and Jim are, have just returned home and missing it already. Very clean and everything you need is there, me and my family all enjoyed are stay and would definatly stay again. Thanks for everything.

10/10. Had a lovely stay at the Berkswell apartments, evrything we needed was already in the apartment (2). Sheila and Jim were brilliant, always around for assistance, great customer service. Loved blackpool and will definately stay again.

Just had a 4 day stay at the berkswell apartments. highly recommended! shiela and jim are excellent,very friendly and always there to help you. They made sure our stay was pleasant. Thank you for everything. we have visited blackpool many times but this is the best place we have stayed at. We have just had our 2nd stay at the berkswell and yet again had a wonderful stay there. You dont need to look anywhere else to stay once you have been here you will not want to go anywhere else. Sheila and jim are great and will give you help with anything. Everything you need is here just bring your clothes and your spending money, thanks to both of you once again, will see you next year.

it was our 1st time stayin at the berkswell holiday flats and it was absoloutly fantastic. the flats are of a high standard and the owners sheila and jim are very friendly and welcoming. we stayed in flat 1,a family flat and it was immaculate and in a prime location rite next to south pier,sandcastle and pleasure beach. we couldnt of asked for a better holiday or better accomodation. we have booked again to go next year,we cant wait. many thanks to sheila and jim for your hospitality and we ll see you soon xx

We stayed for a full 10 days in Blackpool at the Berkswell, and it was our best accommodation experience we have had in Blackpool. The accommodation was modern, fitted out with all the necessities, and conveniently located to transport. Plus, Jim and Sheila are super-helpful and really makes you feel at home. The Wi-Fi and well-thought out space really makes it an ideal space for the contemporary customer. Much better than staying in any B&B or normal hotel!!
