Berkswell Apartments provide modern self-catering holiday flats close to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water Park.
Maximum occupancy in any apartment from 1 to 4 persons only.
We are situated in the best South Shore area of Blackpool for all of the major attractions Blackpool has to offer.
Terms & Conditions
- Apartments are available for Check In from 2pm until 4pm on the date of arrival. Late Check In After 4pm must be arranged with the owners
- In order to prepare the apartments for arriving guests check out is 10 am. If you are coming by coach or train and you wish to leave your luggage until later please discuss this with us at time of booking.
- A booking is not complete until we have received a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation and we are unable to re-let the apartment, the balance is payable. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
- The apartment can only be occupied and used by the persons named on the booking form. Visitors at the sole discretion of the owners.
- All guests who stay at the Berkswell Apartments must conduct themselves in an acceptable manner and be respective of fellow guests staying in the accommodation. The owners reserve the right to cancel accommodation if, at an.y time, in their opinion, the behaviour of the guest(s) is unacceptable, they will be asked to leave without entitlement to compensation.
- Guests undertake to pay for any damages and breakages during their stay. Loss of keys will incur a charge of £10.
- The owners do not hold themselves responsible for any valuables left in the apartments, or for vehicles and their contents. Guests parking their cars on the car park do so at their own risk.
- The apartments are strictly non-smoking.
- Sorry we are unable to cater for pets.
- £1.50 transaction fee on all card payments.
Payment implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Deposit: £50 per apartment (All deposits are non-refundable) Deposits can be by card payment over the the telephone (£1.50 card fee) or by cheque (payable to Sheila Thomason). For those who do not wish to pay by either of these methods then cash may be sent by registered post.
Balance: To be paid by cash or by card on arrival. Cheque payments to be received 14 days prior to arrival.
Printable Booking Form – To print out one of our online booking forms could not be simpler. Just click on the version of the form you would like to open. When asked if you would like to download the file click open. The file will be opened on your computer for you to print out. Fill out the form and post it the address on the form.
