This flat can accommodate 2 – 4 persons.   The Penthouse features a large kitchen area with all essential kitchen utensils, full sized cooker and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Dining table and chairs and double sofa bed in the lounge.  Bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room with electric shower, vanity unit and toilet. The en-suite shower room is accessible from both the lounge and bedroom making it an ideal choice for couples, singles or families. This apartment is unsuitable for toddlers or the elderly due to the amount of stairs as it is on the 2nd floor.

Berkswell Apartments offer a selection of five well-equipped,modern holiday flats to suit individuals, families and couples all year round.  The flats can accommodate from one-four persons.

• All apartments have en-suite shower room, toilet and hand wash basin.

• On-site car park with free  allocated space for each apartment (please request parking space when booking)
• Children of all ages are very welcome, travel cot and high chair available (please request when booking)
• Please note - baby's bedding cannot be supplied - mum's choice!
• We regret we cannot cater for pets.
• Full fire precautions for your safety.
• Strictly non-smoking.
• Wi-Fi available.
• High quality bed linen provided but we request that you bring your own towels and toiletries.
• 2 ground floor flats which are easily accessible for semi-mobile guests. (However, we would suggest you discuss your needs with us to ensure comfort during your stay.)
• Well equipped kitchen in each apartment, complete with full size oven and hob, fridge, microwave, electric toaster and electric kettle.
• Vacuums, Irons and full sized ironing boards for every apartment.
